Narrow Tapered Rolls

Spiral & Stainless Steel

PSC Flo-Turn has been serving industry's needs with improved powered belt turns since 1980. The Flo-Turn line includes over 100 standard models in arcs from 15 to 360 degrees, belt widths from 2 inches to 10 feet. PSC Flo-Turn is dedicated to quality, performance in product, savings and satisfaction for customers. Superior workmanship from the first weld through the finished paint job is a source of pride for the company and a guarantee of quality performance for the customer.

Consider these extra advantages:

Spiral Flo-Turn

Using the same reliable chain driven belt in a helix configuration, the SPIRAL FLO-TURN optimizes use of valuable space when conveying products to higher or lower elevations. SPIRAL FLO-TURN uses 1/3 the space of conventional incline conveyors yet maintains the beauty of continuous flow at a fraction of the cost of reciprocating type lifts.

Modular construction allows installation in hours rather than days.

ORDERING CODE EXAMPLE
See "NL" in Constant Dimensions Column (next page) for maximum Net Lift per 360.

ORDERING CRITERIA

Simple— just use dimensional specifications of our standard horizontal belt turns and add the following:

  1. Net lift — the difference between infeed and discharge height
  2. Direction of flow — either clockwise (CW) or counter clockwise (CCW) when viewed in plan or top view
  3. Vertical direction — is product going up (INC) or down (DEC)

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel powered belt turns are built to meet USDA specifications. Sanitary application models incorporate integral fabrication techniques to eliminate exposed welds and facilitate washdown. Optional features include vulcanized belts, nickel plated chain and stainless sprockets. Epoxy coated or nickel plate bearings and washdown duty gearmotors are also available.
