Flatop Series

Flatop means Value
in Budget and Performance

PSC Flo-Turn's new Flatop series of powered belt curves is unique. Even oversized items can be conveyed smoothly and efficiently; Flatop conveys product wider than the belt.

Dimensions & Load/Speed Data        Application Guide

Engineered for normal to medium heavy duty service at speeds up to 400 fpm, the Flatop curve represents a design breakthrough that makes cost no longer a major factor in the choice of belt versus roller curve. Simplified fabrication techniques, with the use of lagged end pulleys to drive the belt, have resulted in a long life, low-maintenance curve available at approximately half the price of competitive units and comparable to costs in roller curves.

When the choice is between a roller curve and a belt curve, a belt will deliver in-use savings day after day. These savings are particularly significant where small product conveying and/or positive orientation is critical, or where down-time due to jamming can be extremely costly - in applications such as baggage handling, printing, food processing and many others.
